hosted in San Francisco, posting here from Australia. if it's a professional service then they should have credible contact info on their website.

the catch, I'd guess, is to build the database, try to establish the service and then charge us a commission or charge the clients a fee. no info though so I'm not signing up. RCAPA took a lot of names and made claims to speak for us and didn't accomplish much of anything. not even sure if the site is still up.
