Hello fans of Digitech:).

Dear Rob & Sebastian and everyone else.

well its not a secret , since we anounced we are doing our own designs for frames Droidworx decided that it is not possible anymore to continue selling Droidworx frames.
well its not my loss but theirs.
they lose sales, i sell more thats the way it works.
we spoke about this BEFORE we anounced our own frames.
as for service we still stock a huge load of frames and parts for droidworx.
Aerobot and Quadrocopters in the usa got the same "boot"
there are a few more to follow i guess.

our own new frames are made in europe , dont use chinese tubes but german 3K tubes.
we dont pay 10% import tax.
we design and CNC mill it in house , therefor small changes are made fast.
and we do custom work.
we dont have a new version every 6 months , leaving dealers with 100,s of old parts they cant sell.
again a new version comming (V4) , i feel special deals comming again soon (droidworx).
that said we had a good relation ship with Droidworx , we always sold exlusive for them.
we helped them with small isuess and setups for customers.
and yes even you Rob , you where one of the first who got a Y6 ready to fly for a fraction of the price :).
but there are simply customers who cant afford a Droidworx , so we offer something else to.
so for now we sell more frames and also Cinestar , Dji , mikrokopter , JAF frames.
we soon will have a huge sell out of droidworx frames and parts or we give all to another Droidworx dealer so that the prices will stay normal.

as for personal attacks , well you cant make everyone happy that is a fact.
customers will buy where they are helped best and get the best service to get them up in the air.

How come you take this personal. You should stop with the complaining and use this criticism to better your attitude towards your customers.
I don';t have any vendetta or something against you I only stated my findings. And in the digital age this will be read by a lot of you (potential) customers.

For the rest of your story about the frames, I agree. DW is expensive and there is no real reason for that. Good luck with the new frames.

well it gets personal at the point you call me a "rip off" for selling hobbycity batteries above the china price.
but you forget to mention that we give warranty , pay our taxes and have to add vat to all products.
if you break a hobbycity battery you get 0 warranty , or you can ship it back to china for 50 euro,s.

my 5 eurocents..

so let us live our lives and do what we want to do best.

I guess that everyone has his preferences how to do business, everyone got good or bad experiences with distributors, but for my part there is not one thing I could critisize about Digitech. I sent them dozends of emails asking this and that, every single email was answered under 1 hour. I bought lots of stuff at Digitech, and every shipment arrived faster than I got it from anywhere else. They shipped parts out even before they received my payment. Digitech replaced (not repaired) my ESC's from my S800 without any troubles, they are always helpful and I got a few good advices from them which saved me some serious money.
Who is selling which product, and what reasons are behind for having a dealership or not is not of my interest....If I need a product and can't get it at XY, I have to get it from YZ.

To me Digitech is a good place to buy products and receive the attention I deserve as a customer.
