Has anyone done a build with the Droidworx AD6 and the DJI WKM. I'm thinking about doing one and wanted to see some build picks for placement if possible.
Thanks
Rich
Thanks for the info. I think it would ruin the looks also if they were mounted on the arms. Do you know what the size is from center motor across to the other motor. I'm in the Palm Springs area in California so summers do get hot here. I guess I wouldn't have to use the dome.

I,m building an AD6 with DJI WKM and AV200 360 gimbal. If I get time I'll post some images, I set the ESCs inboard and cable tied each one to the corresponding arm through the plate. I purchased a Photoshipone PD pcb and used the plates to mount the DJI FC, power module and IMU, the dome comes with pins to raise the dome off the centre plate to allow airflow, never gets too hot in the uk but once I have everything set up and flying I will monitor the heat. There is a vented dome available as well. I should be ready for a maiden flight early next week, I'll keep you posted.
Build now completed, here are some images without dome so you can see the ESC. I have soldered the motor wires direct to the ESC to reduce resistance between connections and also reduce the risk of connections pulling apart, that’s why you may see some additional clear heat shrink on the ESCs. Spec. is AD6 360 frame, AV200 360 mount, 30amp ESC, Pulso U28 motors, 13 6.5e APC props, Photoshipone PD board and two Hyperion 5000mah 4s in parallel.View attachment 1674View attachment 1675View attachment 1676View attachment 1677View attachment 1678That would be great. Can't wait to see the pics. Hope it flys nice.
