If that works and BT-connection is simple (no fiddling and playing with settings and disabling this and tuning that - just straight forward), than it will be a useful tool....

Hi DJI,

Could you give us the link for the application in the Apple iTune store?

Is this application registered to Apple or do we need to jailbreak our phone?

This would be so convenient. I absolutely loath having to get out a laptop to change a parameter. It was so wonderfully simple and compact when everything was adjusted within the transmitter. Ahh ....

But, as firmware versions are currently tied to a specific software, or at least 'optimised', I wonder how they are going to manage this?

First off you will no doubt be obliged to upgrade to whatever is the latest firmware release when this device is finally available, which means that it will be out of reach to all those who increasingly distrust new DJI firmware releases, but then how will they handle subsequent updates? A whole basket full of DJI programs on the App Store for each new firmware release?
