Dji WKM kep rotating and crashed

Does any one know what is the replacement policy of DJI....

The dealers are the ones that work with DJI on replacements, so you would need to talk to your dealers. Mine has already replaced two of my malfunctioning pieces. But you have to prove it is not operator error or build error.

I recently had a similar issue with WKM. My hex started spinning(yaw) very fast and uncontrollably, then flipped upside down and flew into the ground.. I'm still not sure what caused this, I did do a firmware update right before the crash though :/ Upon inspection after the crash, an ESC was bad, but I think it was broke in the crash

that is what I did I updated to new firmware 5.24 before flying it
