DJI wishy washy business practice

So...
I order a PMU-V2 after awaiting it to be available for weeks now with the release of the new NAZA V2. For those who don't know, this device allows users of the V1 NAZA-M to upgrade to 3.12 and then be able to use IOSD, Gimbal and other features.... DJI actually promotes this as one of the new features in the firmware update. So, I try and buy this unit from 3 separate vendors... all of which take my money (yes it is in stock on each website)... only to wait 4-5 days for the vendor to come back and say... sorry sir, this is only available with the NAZA V2 full kit and not available separately. So, why would all vendors advertise this on their site, fully knowing it is not an option. Seems like DJI are just looking after one thing and one thing only to me. Themselves.

They have become the high budget dirt bags of the industry with all of the tricks you would expect from some low budget outfit.

I just love it when they email you for a survey on one of the few parts that work properly and when you reply they don't bother to answer. Technology wise they are getting left behind because they don't do enough development on stuff before they release it. Then they cover themselves by passing the buck to dealers who are not engineers and therefore cant help you.

The V2 PMU and LED will be shipping later this week from Empire to its dealers. They should have them in stock next week. I cannot speak for individual dealers and if you are willing to PM me with their names we will follow up with them. Empire will be selling the parts individually and does not require that you purchase a complete Naza V2. I am sorry that you received this misinformation. This is not Empire's or DJI's policy.

I believe those dealers that told you they are only available with the new V2, are either wrongly informed, or made a mistake.

Ordering the new PMU and LED is definently an option. We just havent received them yet. These upgrade parts I think are a real nice way for current V1 users to be able to upgrade, and have the ability to use an OSD and such, without having to by a new V2 Naza. We have the V2 PMU's and V2 LED's on our website (Says on listing "Available for PRE-ORDER") NAZA V2 INDIVIDUAL PARTS . As of today, we have only received the full V2 Naza w/ GPS, but I know for sure the individual PMU and LED will be available very soon. We hope to have them next week.

Hope that clears things up for you.

Then the next thing that they will release will make even more ppl angry. They realy know how to make dealers and customers angry. But we try to resolve all the stuff with customers so we are all happy. This is the only way to make it and somethimes we cant do miracules. Even we dont know what dji will release until the last day or 2 and customers want us to return the money since they baught it 1 week before the big sale begun and now they want money back since we ¨scamed¨ them.
Hope for the best in future.

Just unfair that I have paid vendors already and have nothing to show.

Next time I will go for available products that have been on the market for a while and proven.

Mr take no prisoners!
Don't feel so bad, I have several GoPro's and it has taken more than six months to get updated firmware to the point they are full usable.

Really the problem you have is with the sellers and not with DJI, if the sellers have them on their site they should have them as "Not in stock" if they do not have them in stock.
