loading my battery into quad and battery touched something on the front light backing plate there was s little bit of smoke I instantly pulled out battery and disconnected it then put it back in and there was no smoke and quad played its tune then I had no front light and no flash the quad flew ok but no red light or green light so you can't do the dance or tell if every thing is connected scared to fly. How far do I have to tear down to figure out what went wrong. Please think about my problem and help me I'm down till I get some info
Thanks adams1055

Well I would pull it apart enough to see what contacted what when the battery was pushed in. Its possible that you will get lucky and the problem will be obvious and the fried item can be identified and replaced.
