DJI A2 - all setup but can't start the motors

I've setup my A2 and think I have everything sorted and am ready to fly, only I can't start the motors.
I can test them and they test fine but when I try start them with the CSC nothing happens.

I'm a Futaba T14SG and using the A2 receiver. Everything is setup and seems to be working expect this starting the motors.

Any ideas?

What kind of multicopter? you try to set up with low throttle then calibrate. Check if CSC is working cuz throttle is not full for endpoint.

Thanks for the replies.

I have performed a compass calibration and am still unable to arm and start the motors.
This is a Octo V setup.

What do you mean by setup with low throttle then calibrate?

If your throttle is higher that what it was set at during calibration, it won't are. I have a throttle up switch that if left on I can't arm (this is to keep me above 10%). Check that you trim hasn't been bumped up. You could also re calibrate and try again.

I believe my A2 is faulty.
The LED is no longer working now and I'm still unable to start the motors.

I've tried re-seting the A2 to factory defaults and also reinstalled the software on all the components and still its not working as it should.

I have an urgent job so this is really screwed me up and DJI don't deal directly with users so I'm screwed.

Re-calibrate in the WooKong assistant software. And yes, DJI's customer service is pretty much nil. What I've learned is use a good dealer and own two or more of everything lol! Right now I'm send back a faulty iOSD, GPS puck and a LK900 modem...good grief!

thanks, I'll check that. When you say "re-calibrate" what and how are you calibrating?
