What I think would be a good idea for fpv quads is a Red Bull style air race event, just like what you see on tv, except with quads instead of Extra 330's.
I love watching those events.
It would combine all the above rrquirements. Guess you might want spotters dressed in attack dog training suits out on the corners to make sure contestants don't cut the corner. Maybe just duct tape abunch of pillows to them, a helmet and a face shield.
