Connect 3s to 2s

Hello, I just wanna know can I connect Lipo 3s battery and 2s battery with same mAh nd C parallel to each other through charging port...

No. It has to be with the same voltage and mAh..

What if I connect each cell of 2s battery ie 3.7 volt cell to the cell of 3s battery... now since each cell is connected in parallel with same voltage will that work???
