Client demo flight with S800 and Zenmuse

This is the raw footage of a demo flight for a client that signed on to have us shoot aerials this summer of their "attraction" we already do a lot of video to promote them TV spots and web video and Kiosks for tradeshows and visitors centers.

They were blown away (no pun intended) by the performance of the DJI kit. And we are scheduling a shoot with models as soon as the park is open. We usually shoot comercials etc before the park opens with extras and actors we can control, we do this for a number of attractions here in NH. We already have 30 days of Drone shooting scheduled this summer.

As you can see there were a few brisk gusts and the wind was 5-10mph most of the flight.

I even let one of the clients who is a full scale and RC heli pilot fly the S800, I did the T/O and landing. He did great though, his flight is labeled in the video.

There has been a lot of bad publicity about the S800/Zen here and on other boards. I think it is only fair to post some positive experiences with the fantastic kit.

For me it works incredible well and I completely trust the S800. Every client I demo fly for or show footage to is jumping on the band wagon to get some aerials. I have shot a lot of aerials in full scale helis and they know what a bargain this kit is, and it can do things a full scale heli with Tyler or WEScam can't. So we are very happy here at Westside A V. And so are our clients.

This is shot with the Zenmuse gimbal by DJI. It is brushless and works incredible well. You can read about it on the DJI web pages.

In my mind the S800/Zenmuse/iOSD/dual8FGs combo is about as good as it gets for less than $10K.

You right Zenmuse is good, :nevreness:
But DJI S800 is absolutly no reliable product :shame:
Expensive and dangerous frame :upset:
