Cinestar 8 + HFP --- which Xoar prop size?

I'd like to try some wooden Xoar props on my Cinestar 8 which has a Hoverfly Pro board. The payload is the 360 gimbal and a variety of cameras.

Any recommendations on a Xoar prop size I should try first?

Hi, it all depents on which motors, batteries, and the total weight.
You should try to use ECALC http://www.ecalc.ch/xcoptercalc_e.htm but this is not the real world, it will just give you some guiding on which size props will be best.

not knowing how HF deals with its Autoleveling, but i guess you have the CS8 with the QC, must fly them with 14 4.7 APC so you should be on the safe side with 14 x 4 Xoar.
But Lars is right play around with ecalc and at least avoid those that bring you setup into the red numbers.
