Chrome browser doesn't love MultiRotorForums.com!

Welcome to MultiRotorForums.com!!
Hi everyone,

Two issues have come up in the last 24 hours.

First, the registration process doesn't work with the Chrome browser, something about the human verification being incompatible.

Second, the layout of the site is messed up on Chrome, some elements are missing, I haven't fully figured this one out yet though.

Just thought all y'all would like to know, especially since faulty registrations are a small but daily problem here.

Thanks,
Bart

Btw, I do get frustrated that I can't watch videos imbedded on the site on my Android phone.

good point. i also just recently found out that Google reads every email we send through the gmail system so that they can better target us with advertising. all in all, i'm over the google product line and will be looking for other options. mozilla firefox seems to be imploding but maybe they'll works out the bugs and get back on track (so they can go on to read our emails and better target advertising at us! :upset: )

Same here... Though in my case it's the iPad. I have tomcopynthe the video link and paste in the browser since it won't play the embedded.... And that just seems to start 2ish weeks ago.

You sure its not vBulletin not keeping up with what browsers expect. I had to completely revamp my site a couple of months ago as so much was to out of date on lots of platforms. A real pain. Right now though I think making sure the site works on Chrome would be my #1 thing to do!

Get the Tapatalk app for iOS. It will link out to the video.

vBulletin may be on the way out here. My developer expressed significant dissatisfaction with the latest versions and I may start looking to migrate to a different software over the winter here.

I'll look at patches for the version we're running to see if the issue has been addressed.

I should mention, if anyone knows of a site that they particularly like, please post a link and I'll check out their software and contact their developer. I happen to like the clean design at MG Experience, www.mgexp.com .

Anyone else?

I may also look for second opinions on the newer vBulletin versions. These are the types of things I save for my long hours spent in hotel rooms. :(
