Like most things, depends on your budget.
I have been very happy with the iCharger duo. You need external power supply, but they can be had cheap if you find an old server PS. There are guys who will hook you up with dual supplies (24V) for a small fee.
Features that I like about the iCharger are: dual charging, scalable PS, internal resistance reading, data logging etc.
