Can,t get my Naza to connect to the assistant software - please help

I had similar on two machines, both MacbookPros running bootcamp and was about to go by a cheap DOZE machine then they both started working!.. Maybe it was the Newton factor! ;-)

I wonder if by chance, some anti-virus is blocking the app?

I also wonder what version of Windows he is using? Maybe starting the app as an administrator might help?
