Can I sue DJI for not removing me from their spams?

If it wasn't bad enough I have to see their sky garbage everywhere, I have been hitting the unsubscribe button for over a few years now. I have emailed them asking to remove my emails. They respond and say to hit the unsubscribe button and then throw in a few extra spams! I would love to get my point across by sending them a class action lawsuit for all the BS they make people deal with. As if dealing with their products and customer service wasn't bad enough. They are like the mafia, once you're in you can;t ever escape. My advice? Don;t ever support them in the first place! I'm sure I'll get some heat for this especially since they advertise on this site and cash is king. But I am tired of everything form that company. I am more or less put out of business by their garbage. Now I get calls from people with phantoms asking if i want to teach them how to fly and start a business. It's all insult to injury. Does anything good come out of China?

If anyone else is frustrated by their emails and can't be removed I suggest you start saving your emails and let's do something about it. And you have nothing to worry about writing this here since this forum is clearly the LAST place on earth DJI would ever look!

Doubt if you'll have much luck either legally or with DJI. Just keep identifying the e-mails as spam in your browser and eventually they all all go direct to the spam folder to get deleted with all the rest, unread and ignored.

Or you could write some hate mail and tape it to the bottom of a Phantom, that way when it "fly's-Away" home it will deliver the message back to the mothership...

That won't work, it'll get lost, a prop or ESC will fail and it will never make it. Just a thought.

... Does anything good come out of China? ...

Finally a kindred spirit. .........edit...very unnecessary comment removed..........

Speaking in broad swathes of generalities, making and selling stuff cheap is pretty much all the Chinese can be attributed with - and even that is at the expense of their own people who exist much as human ants. Unfortunately, their enormous cash reserves are now allowing them to do whatever they stinking want, whether it is manufacturing and selling crappy multi-rotors or killing every rhino, elephant and lion in existence in Africa in exchange for building some roads and scooping up every mineral deposit that is ever discovered.

Their disregard for basic human rights and appalling cruelty to animals is legendary. Brutal, insensitive and avaricious, they have a national tendency towards insularity in that they have no interest in the outside world, except as a marketplace from which to profit. Otherwise they basically hate us as much we hate them. The difference is that in the West people do not admit it to themselves.

As an unrelated footnote I could not help being vaguely amused recently by the hoards of Chinese tourists milling around a local shopping mall during the Summer Sales where all the stores are selling off their cheap Chinese clothes and crap that we all normally buy.

Fortunately their unsubscribe button worked for me :). Made a promise to my self to never buy anything from them again, seen too much bad customer service and unreliable products

As for any lawsuit against a Chinese company, forget it. They own too much of the world's debt so all the legal systems fear to bring any kind of suit. You'd have to go it through the World Court or the U.N. if you could find a law firm that would take it on through contingency. However, for an hourly fee I'll wager you could find a lot of law firms that would milk your account until it was dry and never see a motion filed.

I realize i will lose energy with this and ultimately just continue having to erase them but i thought I would share DJI's responses. I have actually gone through this pattern quite a few times.

I have started a few forum threads asking how many people cant unsubscribe
from your spams. I plan to do something about it. I have been asking for
over 2 years now. Remove me now!

Shortly after this email I get this one:

Dear Sir,

Could you please inform me what kind of help may I offer?
Thanks

Best regards,DJI Sales Dept.

and the cycle continues! Be careful getting in bed with DJI, not only will you be frustrated and probably crash but you will never have a chance to escape their fishy grip on your wallet and peace of mind.
