Cable Replacement for anything OSD..

From eLogger to OSD to Tx.. Can I replace most of the wires to CAT6 shielded cable?
Does the shielding work better to eliminate EMI? Reason primarily to do so is for flexibility of the cable to manage them going around boom to boom..
