IMHO - seems there remains a major limitation with the brushless gimbal concept.
The heavier the camera, the more torque is required and that means heavier motors when compared to the conventional servo gimbal control systems.
But the servos achieve the required torque by gear reduction and external drive belt pully reduction.
Is it not possible to implement gear reduction with brushless gimbal motors?
