Hi All,
Just got the BeSteady One yesterday. All was great once balanced it worked well in follow mode. However, from lots of Radian experience, I was worried what effect updating the firmware and connecting it to my Mac would have - turns out I was right to worry. I've updated the firmware (I think? - got the error message and the gimbal beeped at me??) and am running GUI version 1.3.3 but tried 1.3.2 as well. I've downloaded and run the driver installer. However, all I get when I launch the app is a white window with the BeSteady menus at the top. I don't get the option to slect a port or anything helpful at all. I fear that pressing the control button on the gimbal has rerset that as well but I can't access the control to be sure. So now I have a gimbal that doesn't work and no way of accessing the software to control it. Do you have any helpful suggestions please?
