Best settings for GoPro Hero 2

Looking for a little advice...
I have a GoPro Hero 2 which has the latest upgrade, which I use on my DJI 550.
Does anyone have any good ideas which is the optimum setting for autumn/winter flying in the UK?
Current I'm running 1080i 30fps, but wondering if i could optimise picture quality.

to make it the best it can be takes a couple things. You need the high end memory like this

then enable protune, select 1080p 30t and go film. then import your file like you normaly would, except then open cineform. import that file you made into cineform, process it into step 2 where you apply "protune" color settings then export an mp4 file. Then edit that with your normal editing software......... That is as good as it gets. 760p can sometimes do better in low light if you see any noise like little dots in the picture..... but in this firmware, it almost has to be pitch black to do it anymore.

there is also pal modes for that like 1080p 25t and 1080p 24t
