Standard lens, but if anything it could have done with an ND filter
"Go pro 3+ black is 30% sharper than its previous model" that's what Go pro claim however it's focus is optimised at 5 mitres. If you look close you will see infinity slightly off, if you Google Go pro lens focus mod you will find several how to videos on YouTube. You need too be a bit brave to to do it (you'll see why when you see the videos) and I'm in no way suggesting you have to do it but I did and it made a big difference. ND filter will also improve things, it slows down the shutter reducing jello.
