Battery tray - droidworx

Anyone have any recommendations for a battery tray for the droidworx ad8-hle? I am using the supplied battery plates and strap but when I get a camera gimble the batteries will not fit there.

I have seen batteries located on the landing gear sides which looks good.

Got mine strapped to the landing gear sides - not a problem in that position and keeps the weight lower to the ground as well.

Good idea Ken, might look into that when I get a gimbal.

Lifter- how do you attach them to the landing gear? Are you using battery trays or just velcroed on?

Cheers for the comments.......

The batteries fit between the 2 top braces (4s 5000mah TP's and 4500 Nano Techs) and velcro strapped each end around the braces and batteries- 1 on each side, the battery(s) cant go anywhere, locked in solid. But re reading your post you are referring to when you get your gimbal fitted - Sorry, I was referring to the standard landing leg setup.
I have the PhotoHigher gimbal set up (but not fitted as yet) and that comes with the tray kit as in Post#2.
I did ask the supplier to knock up a copy of the battery tray (from G10) and extend it to drop the COG lower down the sides of the landing legs and if necessary I could add a couple more batteries to it however to date this hasn't happened, Bens a busy Boy. http://blip.com.au/item.aspx?ItemID=304.
Cheers

I'm wondering what the solution was on this. I have a Droidworx AD-6 ready to go except for figuring out how I want to fit the batteries. I'm using 2 4S 6000 MaH LiPos and with the AV130 Camera mount there's no room underneath. Any pictures of what you guys have come up with as a solution?
