Keep in mind some states have enacted laws that make it illegal to film people without their consent or depending on your intention. In Hawaii they have the "Steven Tyler" law in regards to voyeurism and paparazzi and in Florida it is illegal to film someone without their consent if your intention is filming for pleasure. Some states say it's legal to film as long as there is no audio and some states require that you have warned the person you are filming that it contains audio.
Also consider that police officers can stop you from flying for a number of reasons that have nothing to do with drones, e.g. safety, causing a disturbance, instigating a riot and so on...if your device is considered to be used for or doing any of these things you can get in trouble.
The bottom line is, fly safe, be responsible and make sure to keep your craft away from people and populated areas. Try to never fly over people or crowded areas, just use common sense folks.
