Assistant shows fail-safe - not sure why

So I have a WKM 5.16. I've used this fw on a couple different rigs in the past wit no problem. I'm plugged into the computer and can't figure out why the assistant is showing me in fail-safe mode.

- I'm in radio contact.
- The go home switch is showing stand-by.
- Voltage failsafe is shut off.


The IMU is blinking green every now and then - not sure what that means.

Still haven't calibrated GPS/compass - haven't gotten that far yet.

What else could cause the assistant to show me as being in failsafe?

What transmitter are you using? Have you setup your mode switch?

Thanks for the response Ben. I did some more troubleshooting and figured it out today. It was stupid. Misplaced rx wire.
