AQ50D Controller And ESC

Hi, Unfortunately, after ordering another AQ50D, I realised the controller isn't the issue. My newly built hexa copter, with 6x Hobbywing Flyfun 30a ESC and 6x Sunnysky v2814-11 motors and a AQ50D Controlling it all, still does not fly... my issue is that 3 of the motors wont spin up, im %100 sure I have the dip switches on the board correct, I have manually configured each ESC (Power on ESC with Throttle at %100, 2 Beeps means throttle range high point reached, move stick down, tone emits bat cells, 1 long beep to confirm lowest throttle point, this is how the instructions with my ESCs say how to config each one). Now the motor's that don't spin up make a constant beeping sound (0.25 second interval, so very fast), again reading the ESC manual, a constant beep with a interval of 0.25 seconds means that the throttle isn't in the lowest position.. this is where I get confused, the throttle is at the bottom!!! I have tried trimming all the way down.. I don't know if this is a config problem or ESC..... OR WHAT!!.. also... I can plug any of the 3 motors that are not going into the channels on the AQ50D that are going, and the ESCs seem to work fine. All ESC work fine plugged directly into receiver. Does the wiring of the motors matter? I know that some of motors do need to spin CCW and CW, when I set this, I did this individually, Plugging in each ESC to my receiver and watching the way the motor spins, if it spun the wrong way, I just swapped some cables over on the motor.. please help! very lost and confused..

Soo... I have the Hexa at work today, my Job is to try get it going.. first things im going to check, Wiring (Though I don't think this is the issue as all ESC/Motor Work individually and power up together), then I guess I should reset all my ESC to default and re calibrate. Then ill re calibrate the AQ50D control board... does anyone think rebinding trans/receiver could help? im not having any radio coms issues.
