Antenna and FPV Advice

Hi all,
Wondering if anyone can advise me on this setup. I have ordered the S800 and Zenmuse and really want to get a solid system that I can rely on.
I spent last year flying the Arducopter and this year moved to a Wookong on an F450. I have a Naza ready to go into the F450 once the S800 arrives as I will be putting the wookong on it.
I have used both a Remzibi OSD and an Ardupilot Minim OSD in the past and find both to be good.
From reading the forums I have been quite interested in the Eagle Tree V4 logger which I notice ties in well with their OSD.
So basically I was thinking of purchasing the Eagle Tree pro system which comprises of the logger and OSD. To complement this I thought of using the Eagle Tree ground station and antenna tracker.
I sat down last night to figure it all out and must say I came away confused as to the best route to take. My video transmitter is a fatshark 5.8ghz and my radio is a Futaba T8FG Super 2.4ghz
I don't plan on flying dedicated FPV with the S800 (though I would like to play with this a little on the F450), and will always be flying LOS, but I do want to have a rock solid picture coming from my camera which can be constantly monitored.
Between Clover Leaf antennas, diversity antennas, patch antennas, tracking verses non tracking, I am not sure which route to take.
Is there anybody out there who could guide me as to the best thing to do ?
Many Thanks
Eoin

If you're staying close, forget the OSD and just get a cloverleaf ant with 5.8ghz. Easiest way to go and will still take you a long way with solid video performance.

Thanks yeehaanow,
So is the cloverleaf anntenna a better option to go than antenna tracking ? And if down the line I decided to do some FPV with the 450 would this still be the best route ? Also is there a recommended Cloverleaf for 5.8ghz ?
Many thanks

In my experience, yes the Cloverleaf is better.
There are videos of the 5.8 GHz going at least a few thousand feet.
I don't know if there's any difference from the ones you can buy, but I've had good experience with the ones from readymadeRC.com
