air retracts...help!!!

kit looks similar to a kit used on one of my planes. from CAN (white can in pic) to T (red thing with 3 gold valves) then T to fill chuck and Speed control valve (in pic - right under can). from Speed control valve to retracts. Each retract should have 2 valves (one to extend and one to retract.) Currently not at home, but when i get there, maybe I can get a few pics posted for you. might be easier than my explanation. Best of luck. I remember it took me a while to figure out.

I also had a look at these (I guess it's for S800), but the weight is a bit uhuhu...but anyway, these kind of pneumitcs all work on the same principals. This might help you:

I am pretty sure the stuff from Hobbyking comes with a manual, but I guess you want to get some knowledge before buying....

Chris you star mate, thats exactly what I was after. The 2 nipples on each retract confused me a bit, but the video has made it clearer....there are NO destructions with the HK retracts :( & I'm not sure if my fill valve is working correctly (cant pump air in).
