Aerial video and photo

I have a zenmuse h32d gimbal on a DJI f550 and I'm wondering what GoPro will shoot 1080 video at 60fps, looking for the oldest (therefore cheapest) model to start off with. Thanks, also what is the difference between the 2d and 3D other than the additional axis?

I have the 3+ Black and it does 1080p in 60. According to this chart the 3+ Silver does 1080p in 60 also, so that may be the "lowest" model that does? https://gopro.com/support/articles/hero3plus-camera-comparison

Which one would you recommend. Kinda running a tight budget. Thoughts on the zenmuse h33d? I have a 2d right now can I just plug the 3D right in to where the other 8pin went? What other ones would you reccomend? Link?
