Ad8 droid + dji + axi 2814/22 very hot motors :(

hi all,
today my droidworx with axi 2814/22 and opto flyfun 60a
fifth flight to one or more engines and 'as if they were out of sight, making a bad droid
engines were very warm with 13x6.5
Today there was hot,
i have a timing middle i think the timing might be the problem.
Do you have any suggestions? what do you think?

There's a guy in Chinese forum who ran tests with AXI's 2814/22 and Xoar 1365 being most efficient under mid timing.

Try and check your prop's balancing, and your gain. My flight with Avroto 2814-11S and APC 1238 at noon where I think it was about 34'C, ran with 4S, coming down barely warm to hand; and my AD8 weight 4.9kg.

If you told us what was outside temperature and if it was sunny, this would help a lot. And what is wery warm. 60+, 70+,
How warm were the esc???
How long was the flight.
What was the weight of the cammera??

the weight 6700 with cam
i want change the timing from middle to low and again test

What is your soft version? Is it 5.12a?

I get the same problem with my Axis - timing middle - with the previous version: 5.08.
Now, with my Hexa I flight with 5.12 and all is perfect.

Hi Nisock, firmware 5.12 with sbus rx
i think the problems it's the temperature much hot in rome and the weigth of the droid.
I hope with low timing the axi be coldest, because prior to lowering the engine should have less stress
