Hello in this thread we present our team copter manufacturing workflows. Our team from Lithuania. We hope to get useful advice.

First project:

Quadcopter for flying free time, and teach friend how to control Quadcopter.
Motors: DYS Be2808-13 (1080Kv)
Esc: Emax 40A (Simonk) or DYS 40A (simonk)
Battery: Li-po 4S 5000mah
FC: Megapirate AIO

RHPDaddy. This is not a wood. This is glass textolite (Glass laminate) i don't know how describe it. This material very like an PCB or something like that. It is very hard, but light. To break up very strongly folded.

Here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/5pcs-Double...962?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item1e8a78ea32 , but this is coopered, you can uncopper peeling or with hydrochloric acid. In Lithuania i can get this sheet without cooper.
