3D printed manual servo focus for close up filming :)

[h=5]So I wanted to focus my lenses for video and photo, to give depth, when on the UAV but this is diffcult unless you spend lots of moneys. So Last night I designed some parts then printed them! And hey presto a servo controlled manual focal system![/h]

no servo backlash although a programmable servo would not go amiss thanksanyway for the compliment

I am sure there is some demand out there for focus & zoom ring control solutions.

Yes. I would be up for buying one. Mine would need to be bigger as I would like to use it for zoom on a 77 mm lens

hmm zoom would be possible as I have only used it on my focus though. I might be perfecting it at some point to be adjustable for all lenses we shall see depends on how much time I have to perfect it
