I bought this very expensive 4 way charger as a Christmas present to myself, it appeared to be a clone of the Smart PowerCharge 4 way charger which is even more expensive and hard to get in the UK, so a slightly less expensive version which automatically charges/discharges to storage voltage...

Hi, I've got a B6AC 80W Dual power charger. I'm trying to use the Storage mode as I won't fly for a few months (knackered shoulder). But neither in discharge mode nor in storage mode will the charger discharge the batteries. Discharge rate is 0.0A. It just sits there and counts the minutes...
