Storage for batteries in housing

I've got a Visuo XS809HW and am wondering on how to put the LiPo batteries into storage mode or do measurements as they come in a housing with a port to the drone and a micro-usb and with an usb-to-micro cable to charge it

One can give a ~10min flight and takes around an hour to charge completely
