You are wasting your own time IMHO get a Zen. I have both Zen & G3-GH, chalk & cheese. I wasted months trying to tune the G3-GH, it's a flawed design.

Mine & a colleagues are running it fine. His is an early one, mine is less that 4wks old.

You could try putting it in a chest freezer for 20 mins or so then powering it up. I did that with a Futaba T10j to dignose a faulty Rf board

T8J is still available in UK but not much cheaper than 10J. Also in the UK the 10J is on offer with 2x Rx's which wipes out the price difference as the Rx's are £50

They don't over here in UK as well, but you don't need any extra parts, you can just convert with a similar throttle gimbal plate removal. That's how I did mine

Personally a T10J cos I had one, but a T8J is cheaper if you are having to buy one. Both have S.Bus Rx included IIRC You will find a T6J on E Bay etc cheaper. Same protocol & cheaper

I had considered something like that, however this is brand new out of the box, & my supplier said the last one they had that did this was eventually solved by a replacement HDMI board. This is the reason why they are just swapping the whole thing as faulty rather than doing warranty repairs...
