    S1000 flyaway and crash

I should have put a :tennis: next to the comment, I was being a little sarcastic but forgot the smile. Anyway, Like I said before, This sucks to have a issue like this. I feel for your loss and hopefully we will have the answer soon. Did anyone happen to get any video of it flying that day?

    S1000 flyaway and crash

Well which one is it, 15 flights on the S1000 like you said in your first post, or over 100 flights on the S1000 like you say here? If it flew away yesterday it could have been the Solar storm with M class flare and X class flare. Your story is starting to fall apart, not trying to be harsh, I...

    S1000 flyaway and crash

Sounds to me like it might have been operator error. Is it possible you thought you were in one flight mode when you were actually in another, like home lock? How long have you been flying and do you fly fixed wing or only multi rotor?

there is a big difference between user caused fly away and a FC malfunction fly away.

Looks like the mechanisms are designed similar to the DJI landing gear and gimbals, very strong with tight tolerances. What fly aways? I have never actually seen proof of an actual flyaway that was not user error

Here are some shots from online, looks very cool, I think it could be alot faster with this design. Having a 4K camera will be a very nice addition

Latest teaser video for DJI Inspire 1? Fixed wing?

if it is built like the landing gear or gimbals that DJI makes, I think that it will be very strong and vibration free. The engineering and manufacturing DJI does is by far miles past anyone else. You cannot deny that...period.. Before anyone throws this new copter under the bus because it is...

    KDE XF esc's

Very Nice! Do you know what the Ambient Temp was during the tests? Just wondering if the test was just hovering or flying around a bit? I would love to see a video of the setup in flight, sounds solid with the tuned esc/motor combo. Another question, what are you using for power distro? Thanks

    KDE XF esc's

Hi KDE, These points you make are well understood by most users here. The KDE wires on the 55esc are undersized. After 2 minutes at 60% throttle the 14 gauge wires on the esc get very hot. Most of us here working through this problem have engineering backgrounds and have been working with high...

    U-power U7 420kv motors with T-motor T80A 400hz compatibility

Hi, did you ever get to test the T-motors T80A with the U7 yet? any sync issues like Kloner and I are having? Any details would be great

    KDE XF esc's

I have been in constant conversation with T-motors Becky and as usual T-motors says they respect the customers. But will not respond to the fact that no esc is available for the motors and will not let me return these Piece of SH8&t motors. So Im pretty much stuck with these junkers and will...

    KDE XF esc's

todays tests with KDE 55+ and T-motors U7 420Kv Had to add a 2.5cm fan to the KDE to keep the temps down around 120f Juicy spots are 0:14, 0:25, 3:50 is at about 50% throttle and make weird sound, 6:08, <iframe src="//player.vimeo.com/video/98884513" width="500" height="281" frameborder="0"...

    KDE XF esc's

6S of course. I know that they don't list a high amperage with that motor, but having some safe overhead is smart. I tried a 35A esc and it got smoking hot ever though the motor is using only 16 amps

Here are my results with a U7 420 Kv 17" Prop Maytech - Garbage, Sync errors all day long Castle Phoenix Edge lite 75A - 1 minute at 60% throttle 106f, 2 minutes 130f - I can tell these act alittle slow in response Castle Phoenix Edge HV 50A - 1 minute at 60% throttle 97f, 2 minutes 109f - I...

Tiger U5 and sync issues (call to U5 owners)

I picked up 4 escs to test with the U7. Castle Edge Lite 75, Castle Edge HV 60, Castle 35 multi(cant handle it), and the KDE UAS 55A. Did you happen to test those KDE 55 with the U7? Also with castle do you know what pwm timing to set them to? I used default and they work with no sync issue
