What I did on my test flight was to take the default settings that the naza software set and increase them by 14% and ran with that for my test flight.

I'm running about 20% higher than factory settings for the naza hex setting. Too high of gains, I found that mine becomes kinda twitchy and ultra responsive.

I haven't had any issues with mine. The further away from the electronics and the emi, the better I am thinking.

The naza just has to be pointed forward "with the arrow pointing forward". The gps puck needs to be adjusted a bit, but honestly, unless you have tbe, you probably won't need to. I never did, I just made sure mine was pointing the same direction as the arrow on the naza, and it flys and holds...

Weird. Well I guess they know more about the heat exchange that we do LOL! Maybe it transfers through the foam well enough to not worry about. Still, the install is looking stellar.

Yeah, maybe have them mounted with foam on the bottom, but not on the top? Being in the electronics industry, heat is something that I try to avoid LOL! Yeah mounting might be a bit of an issue, but it might be just as simple as making sure the heatsink is un-obstructed and not covered.

One thing that comes to mind on this is heat dissipation of the escs. Are they going to get hot in this config?
