Well I've decided to pass based on the fact that there is no way to attach a larger gimbal at this point. Word is that they will have a option in the future to allow a larger gimbal. But I still want to hear what people think. How does this compare to some thing like the driodworx CX series?
Hey Denny,
your opinion has a lot of value to me. It's the rear arms that are longer, but aside from that can you give me a good counter argument against this frame design.
I am on the verge of pulling the trigger on a sky-hero 700mm. I wanted to go through some of my thoughts on this bird and see if anyone would care to weigh in on the decision making process.

How much flight time do you normally get? Video cuts out at nearly ten minutes, getting to that altitude might have burned extra power. I don't know how to read the log so maybe this theory is dispelled. Also how long have you been flying?
I had a film in SXSW in 2012 and got the chance to meet these guys the week they were releasing the news of this camera. Its been a year and Im not sure if there is a realistic release date but check out this cool right up. It looks awesome and also has a small form factor which is why I am...
Well for me its a 800mm with 15inch props. I had a s800 and switched almost everything to a carbon core frame. Although the problem I have been having is more recent, and I think it was a gain issue but I won't know until I fly in wind again.
So I switched to 5.16, increased my basic gains and lowered my Alt gains. Took it out for a flight today and seemed pretty good. Although there wasnt much wind. There where a few light gust but not enough to know if the problem is truly solved.
@screwdriver, Thanks I figured it out! Nazas are reliable. I would stick to the older firmware, the newer one has to many auto functions. I hate the auto throttle curve for take off. The newer naza firmware also takes a long time before it will let you spool up and go.
