Ben, I am almost done with my Fold-N-Fly foldable quad. I worked backward and started with the case and made everything fit in one carry on sized pelican. When folded down it is the same size as a standard transmitter.

Did you try other escs with those HFP's? I have had 0 issues with my Turnigy Plush esc's. As much as I dont like supporting anything Chinese they are pretty solid. I had 1 bad out of 18 and it was obvious.

I'm still amazed a quad will fly that fast without shaking more than that. Skilled piloting!
