    Y6 Builders thread

Have you tried assigning the yaw gain to a slider/knob on your radio and playing with that? I think you probably got your arms square enough. I'm guessing it's something else at this point. Let's see what someone else has to offer on this.

Hoverfly HF GPS Functiionality vs DJI NAZA M

Yeah, I dont understand why Hoverfly can't do some of the things the others can successfully, but the one thing I really like and the only reason i stick with them is because the unit flies so nice and buttery and has been very reliable. For the most part I would rather not have ANY features in...

Hoverfly HF GPS Functiionality vs DJI NAZA M

There is no question that DJI's GPS is superior (when it works). The other big complaint I have with hoverfly's setup is the size and cost of all the boards. If you are planning on putting it in a small quad like your folding H, I would think the Naza would be ideal. Having said this, I still...

Best way to cut CF booms?

I use a bandsaw that has coolant. It cuts it like butter. Very minor splintering on the inside. I think the hack saw is the best bet for the money. The pipe cutter is an absolute no no. Pipe cutters need to put intense pressure on the tube in order for it to cut.

Something for DJI to take notes from

I see where you are going with that question, since GPS is only locating 1 point in space. But I think the overall speed(refresh rate) and accuracy of current GPS would not come close to this. The MoCap systems they use are very fast and designed for this purpose.

Need some pro thoughts about dji Flame innovative landing gear

I solve this with my batwing cam mount. it not only stiffens up the front arms but gets the camera out in fron tof the legs.
