The crash occured a couple of flights into running it at 1.1. I had 100+ flights at 1.2, but did notice the occasional right lean on takeoff then as well.

I've done a couple of flight now after the booboo. I put my gains back to 1.2 (except yaw). I've noticed that once every 4-5 launches, the lean right happens. I'll work on launching in ATTI mode.

I don't understand: "So it would seem the Super X with these Jeti esc's needs the 5V/3A" I do know that the SX seems a little picky about what ESC's it likes. I also had issues with my SX until I made sure it was getting power directly from the flight batteries and not through a BEC or regulator.

Just did a throttle cal. Guess what? Looks the same. I've checked out the bird and will be trying a test flight shortly.

Perhaps 30 seconds to a minute. I always take off in GPS mode (may not now), and wait for gps lock before flying (double green flashes). I was between a couple of buildings in an open area. I suppose there could have been interference from the buildings also.

Well mine is now about an inch shorter after it snapped off. Still might not work. So the difference in motor percentages doesn't stand out with you? I'm going to recal all my motors this weekend regardless.

Hard to understand some of that... Anyway, why does the SX require the reverse setting? Seems odd.

I had to throttle cal with the ESC's directly connected to the receiver with my taranis at -89 to +100. Then after the cal, I put them back to -100 and +100 and that did the trick for me. Perhaps similar weirdness on the Futaba.

I've tweaked it so my gain knob is showing 0% on the log. Am I doing it wrong then? Should it be at +20%?

Yes one of the things I look at most is motor percentages. Your first setup appears to be better, with a tight grouping of motor outputs in average and max. 2nd group there is a much bigger difference.

How fast was it traveling when you flipped to GPS mode? I've had it moving at a fair rate of speed in ATT mode and hit GPS with sticks centered and it is like slamming on air brakes from hell. Thought the arms were going to snap. I always make sure I slow down before flipping back to GPS, if...

That sucks. I've had great support and timely responses from China and from Drew here in the USA. For those who use these craft for a business, I could see the necessity of having a backup craft or a backukp of all parts.
