You can not power a servo, off of the APM output, unless you have a BEC connected to the output side, supplying power.

Spektrum seems to have a binding problem, as compared to other manufactures. I have a DX7s and a DX8, and occasionally I have to "re-bind" for no apparent reason. I've even taken to leaving a servo wire on the bind port of the receiver, to make it easier to get to.

Those F330 arms are pretty brittle!

Nobody's mentioned the jealously thing. I'll bet 8 out of 10 people that might try to shoot/knock your "drone" out of the air, would be flying one, "IF" they had the coins and intelligence to build/buy one.:p

Or, if your setup will handle the extra voltage, going to 4 cell is an option. I have a stock DJI 450 with the e300 motors/esc's, and I run a 4 cell 3300 mah. Setup with FPV, and a servo, for something else, and I have the timer on my Spektrum set to 12 minutes. Still have around 25/30% left...

Getting the bearings out and in, ain't no big problem for me, but fighting those iddy biddy "c" clips drive me cwazy!

I've had the best luck with Immersion stuff. I've bought some cheaper stuff, and it shows it's value....."CHEAP". I've got a RC832 that works, but the jacks are miniature, and don't match Immersion, Fat Shark, Skyzone, etc. etc. Tried to use it with the 5" cheap haed play goggles from HK, but...

Lot's of things come to mind, but if it "was" OK, and now is not, it must be something that happened recently. I'd start with doing all the calibrations over again. Like a first time setup. Then see what happens.
