considering the 2.4 air module has built in fixed linear polarized antennas the best way to make this extend range would be to use linear patch antennas like this
http://team-blacksheep.com/products/prod:tbs_yagi
they are directional so it adds to the complexity but will triple the range if...
the last time i tried was with wk,,,,,
and that worked like crap... i was flying along roof level and this showed me hundreds of feet up
so you think the data had clock with a certain export? christ, whys this gotta be so hard to use.
that's declination and his is straight, for sure......
i'll have him do some gps vs atti and see if theres a difference.... good ideas guys, thanks
he did some footage yesterday hovering and the stupid alexmos brushless gimbal hides it all..... crazy smooth stuff, killer gh3 look in hawaii, i...
get ahold of U at gothelirc and have him send you a set next day air... get the viacopter brand if all possible
that's the kind of moves we gotta do to stay pro... never know what you need or when your gonna need it but you gotta get it to yourself... at that point $50-$60 shipping seems cheap
sent him the message to increasing yaw gains and to try gps calibration..... suppose to upload logs when he's done. there 3 hours behind us so it will be a bit, stay tuned
my concern is this guy is baller..... he lives on top of JAWS and they get some really big surf. he's updating from a quad...
there is 3.3v and 5v imu's.....i'd stick to the same brand if you need to replace em. there less than $20
look at the voltage on the red and black wire/rails to see if the voltage left you
i was thinking you needed to see it in a dji interface, just looked up gps explorer and bet i have the answer. we flew dji controllers for science and we needed to sync the timing of the dji controller with the external imu/daq..... the stupid dji coding does not include the time stamp..... it...
i think there into the black magic from an industry, but it's gonna be a battle to break them off a red at this point. We just rent em,,, but will be owning gh4 for ourselves.
bbc was just here, had to have red footage since there updating all there files from 1080 to 4k,,,, we had a gh4 and...
if you lift a jib with a red, them arms flex like crazy just static
are you guys showing a skyjib with 18" props? are you guys running u7 with 15" props?
this is an alexmos error......
that means your imu sensor board either is not hooked up or is dead, could be a bad wire, if it works by wiggling it, you might try to solder the wires straight to the imu..... some brand alexmos boards require you to check (i2c pullups enable) on the Advanced tab...
you guys rock....this is a rig i built, sent it to hawaii and now it's doing this stuff.... I'll have him do us some tests and get me a log.... it's been windy so i'll try getting him to do a routine when the weather dies down
this was a log from the same rig i believe before he changed the yaw...
no, it's a new build. 15" tiger CF props on an 800 frame, 3520 avroto and 60 amp maytec
you can see the input and you can see a heading,,, the heading skews off, you see the pilot correct.... i think it might be low gains, there all .9
anybody got advice for a superX that is is getting uncommanded yaw? heres the logs, you see the heading bouncing all around. the movement comes from a 3 axis gimbal that hooks wind and prys the airframe into yawing.... i've seen it before on this same airframe with naza.... props too lite? not...
that's what i use, uno 5.8,,,
for thse you just run a straight 3s pack and that powers the monitor and uno.... uno has an alarm that sounds when power gets low
