    micro 4/3 lenses

That is the lens I have as well. i am really happy with it. Mine came with a filter, but I didn’t even think to see if it was just a “protection “ filter or an actual filter. either way, i am really happy with the results so far. does anyone have a recommendation for a nice fat wide angle that...

    XAircraft SuperX

Just flew a 1000mm (18lb) Hex in 30mph winds with the SuperX... Although I think the test footage I got will be marginal as the big wind gusts were just insane. i wanted to test big wind and I did and the rig is in one piece. WIN. My butt pucker may not recover anytime soon but it flew nicely...

A little setup help here with Naza V2

It depends on which FC you sue. Naza is kind of weird near the ground, my HoverFly Boards and my SuperX boards feel really solid. i think there are so many variables.. motors - prop size- craft size- Weight of craft... it all effects everything!

    XAircraft SuperX

If you check out my review on RCG of the Avroto motors, I did not change any settings of the Hexacrafter when it was “No payload’ at 12lbs, and when I had 9lbs of water strapped to it at 21 lbs. I changed not one setting and it flew perfectly. I think the SuperX is more sensitive to CG changes...

yes sorry .8 It just mellows the stick sensitivity for the height adjustment in ATT and GPS mode.

    micro 4/3 lenses

Great thread, I’ve been trying to research this as well (new GH3) but a lot of the “photo” forums don’t help as no one is flying them! So yea.. which ones?!

A little setup help here with Naza V2

Multi’s can be weird in the first foot or so, but if the rig is always wanting to roll in the same direction there might be a problem. Take the props off and do a “take off” do the motors seem to spin up at close to the same RPM? If not something might be a problem. If everything seems to spin...

    XAircraft SuperX

100% it will. I have (3) units flying pro rigs. 800mm Hexacrafter Hex, 1100 MM RC Rotors Hex and a 530mm quad all fly flawlessly... WAY better in wind, and you can actually fly them in GPS mode. Smooth as a HF when set up properly. Love it.

Can you list your equipment? ESC's , Motors.... This is really strange!

    CarbonCore 3-axis Gimbal

It’s small for a NEX5...and single sided support. I do not understand why gimbal manufacters keep using this design, it leads to vibration as soon as you start to get into forward flight.

How do these gain settings look?

personally i always test all functions before putting on a good set of props. nothing will make you madder than having a tip over or a problem with the good spiny things mounted.

    JARUS rules

This can't be for Multirotors.... "CS-LURS.33 Main rotor speed and pitch limits(a) Main rotor speed limits. A range of main rotor speeds must be established that-(1) With power-on, provides adequate margin to accommodate the variations in rotor speed occurring in any appropriate maneuver, and...

    XAircraft SuperX

Usually before I fly I let the rig sit for a minute and lock into as many satilites as it can find. I have never had a lame flight on 3 different rigs of 3 different sizes. Maybe I'm just lucky?

    XAircraft SuperX

I agree, I think that is your problem. The stick included with the kit is almost too high in my opinion, but it works. There is not need to have it that high up. Also, did you properly calibrate the compas?

    XAircraft SuperX

On my small (530mm) Quad I have the SuperX mounted almost 1.5” above the CG. It’s centered but above it. This one is tuned with Y-1.2 R-1.2 P-1.2 and height at .08 and it is insanely stable. (I did the micro gain on a slider and had to tune it slightly for about 2 minutes. After that I shut off...

    Opinion on this package?

Also I’m convinced the “lite” is for 450mm size quads and under. It was horrible on a 700mm quad I have. plugged in a Naza V1 running 4.0 and it was rock solid. The Lite uses a firmware that is many revisions old, and long ago the Naza hated larger frames. i would def suggest getting a Naza V1...

DJI Naza lite compared to Normal Naza

OK guys it’s confined.. I have the SkyHero 700mm set up with a Naza M Ver 1 on Firmware 4.0 and on stock settings it was almost flawless (Not as good as the SuperX, but really nice) None of the weird twitches or oscillations it performed as I expected. I am 100% convinced that the firmware that...
