David the QAV stuff is awesome and worth looking at - I have a QAV400 and 500 with 540 arms - both those frames you can run as straight up FPV multis and if you choose, grow too putting gimbal on em as well.

have you calibrated ESCs? and what happens if you plug motor wired into diff output from naze?

good read - can adopt too other rigs as well.

not familiar with that FC however would assume the 5v from esc would suffice.

Im using one on NEX Z15 Zenmuse with BMPC Micro HDMI cable - works great. small bit of rebalance and all was good.

Im a fan of the 2.8 20mm from sony - found it much sharper over entire pic as compared too the 16mm

used quadframe landing gear for a small custom for fun quad - i was super impressed with quality and service. was thinkning about trying a frame - you liking it? did you do anything special when you extended ESC wires to end of arm? cheers and thanks - nice looking bird.

bought 4 of them for xmas gifts for some my nephew and others in the family - ranging from 9-12 yrs old - i did not think they'd see 2015 - I was wrong - tough little units and lots of fun....

Thanks John - I've been all about trying to combine aerial with ground lately - at least for me - it adds a bit of pop to the aerial - we cheated, ground stuff a 3 axis gimbal on pole :) - been playing with a few of them - home made, modified and store bought - getting some good results from...
