The manual says nothing about mounting the puck according to my magnetic declination which is 11 degrees here. Manual says to mount it straight. What say you?
The thing that worries me is that it is so new there is little support online for it. Chances are if you google a naza problem you will get solutions. Not so much with the Tarot. So you would kinda be one of the trail blazers at this point. Small money though if your up for that.
Edit...
35 pound rig. If there was ever an excuse to use something like a power hungry board...... http://powerhungrysystems.com/?page_id=21
Expensive I know but how much is peace of mind worth?
I made my own version of the power hungry here...
Choose your pdb wisely. A typical board with one or two layers of 2 Oz copper for a rig like this scares the crap out of me. Solid copper would be better. 2-3mm thick. Solder bullets to it or wires directly with bullets on them.
I can tell you in Canada, not that you care lol. If you are operating without a SFOC (equivelent to 333) your insurance will be null and void. There are a few occasions where you would not need the SFOC but they are rare. In the middle of nowhere. Miles away from airports or anything...
This is what I'm currently using for fpv. Yes, I would like a connex and I intend to get one but I buy stuff as income from this hobby comes in. It's on the list for sure.
A kopterworx converter, immersion rx and 3s1300 for power. Hyperthin hdmi cable.
Another shot of the movi
And...
Ive researched these extensively. It seems like next to no one is stocking them. You would also be hard pressed to find someone that has used them other than beta testers.
Buddy, Hard break. Pretty much anyone that has been in the hobby a while has had a crash. Don't let it discourage you. If it were me, I would replace that motor even if it seems fine. Also, get a set of cheap props for trials.
When did you update to the latest FW and does that coincide with the problem?
2.5 was released in may. Many people including myself wait a couple months to update.
