    Team BlackSheep arrested in Italy.

How do people even step outside their front door?

    Team BlackSheep arrested in Italy.

Just a sidebar here but... anybody think an RC Paraglider with a camera on it would be safe to get video like this? I think it would be pretty reasonable?

    Team BlackSheep arrested in Italy.

So are they out on bail or what? Obviously they're free to post on Youtube, so they aren't currently in jail...

Commercial shot entirely with a multirotor...

Hey Benjamin, really good work here. But be careful with this postings. Apparently the FAA really is trolling the forums. All the pros have stopped posting at HeliFreak.

Nokia using MR flight as selling point in advert

I don't get it. That video looks aweful. That's supposed to promote the product?

    The China Syndrome

The GPS is not only useful for holding position automatically. It's also important for dynamic movements. I'm flying my helis at over 120 km/h and pulling 3G turns in Stabilize mode. Without GPS feedback, this really confuses the IMU/AHRS. So, if you're trying to actually take advantage of a...

    SteadiDrone QU4D - Foldable GoPro 3 Quadcopter!

That works both ways. Kloner still has yet to post a video from another system with a rigid mounted camera that does not 'wobble around'.

    Mounting Batteries above centerplate

It is counter intuitive, but if you cannot have the mass centered directly between the motors, it is better to have it ABOVE the motors. Putting it below the motors actually leads to instability. This is called "The Pendulum Rocket Falacy" and you can read up on more if you're interested.

The future of multirotor as we know it

You think it will be available in Quebec in english? LOL There is another similar course available in Ontario, at Canadore College.

    Another one bites the dust...

Any tips on how to allow the batteries to detach in a crash, but not detach in a 3G turn would be appreciated. The waterbouy thing... could be interesting. I'm going to be flying my heli in an autonomous vehicle competition in June, the flight path is over water. I'm a little nervous. I'd...

MR aerial cube challenge - Autoquad = this is how MR GPS should be!

Denny, it is ALL there already. 90% of the code is the same. I am responsible for porting it over for Helis. IMO, the helis fly even better than the multirotors. I don't have a lot of experience with other FBL controllers, but I've been told the APM flies the 450 better than anything else...

    Another one bites the dust...

Yup. Just like my great-grandfather's axe. It's been handed down from father to son for generations. The head has been replaced twice, and the handle 5 times. But it's been a reliable workhorse for 100 years! Your point is extremely pertinent. Yes, experience is extremely important. But...

New Align 800 cameraship - Needs some work!

Yeah, I've pretty much been limiting myself to 700 size as well, for the same reason. Going to 800 means the selection of blades is almost nothing, and you are definitely getting into unknown territory. 700 size is very well known and supported.

Yep. The AQ did amazing. I think we'll be pretty close on our next release though.

Hey Bart, I'm curious to see how you get on. You might want to ask any questions over at DIYDrones though, for better response.

    Seeking Flight Controller upgrade advice.

This is all kind of... I'm not sure what point you're trying to make. Arducopter does not use Arduino hardware. It doesn't use shields, or anything like that either. We also don't really use the Arduino programming IDE anymore either. I mean we do, but it's in name only. We have completely...
