Sorry to hear that. The motors I am using are Tiger Motor 4014 330kv. With the 17" props they pull less than 20 amps and in hover and slow flight maybe 8. (Based on spec sheets vs actual measurements). Any idea what current your were typically pulling ? Were they stressed or maxed out?
I am still using mine. No issues I am aware of. Mine are mounted in the arms of my T960 - when your capacitors blew was it obvious or did you find it testing them?
I also have Hobbywing Xrotor Pro ESC 40A on my T960 powering T-Motor 4114 330kv motors. Work great. I originally had ZTW spiders but could never get it to fly I dont think the ZTWs liked the low KV motors. The XRotors worked great.
I wanted to see how my T960 did int he wind. Attached is a video from the GH4 using the Infinity MR. I was not thrilled with how much the T960 bounced around but the video stability was still good. Wish I had a video from the ground so you could see how much the multirotor was moving. Watch...
I use the Infinity MR a bit heavier than the MRS but can carry a heavier camera. http://store.hdairstudio.com/index.php/product/infinitymr/
They made a few upgrades since I got mine. Hanging from to a Tarot 960 frame. If you search the forum on 'infinity mr' there is a thread on the gimbal.
Looking for some advise. Started doing some more video with the infinity MR and GH4. I am having 2 issues (maybe more)
1) some jello in the video I am guessing this might be a tuning issue on the gimbal pids
2) the video goes out of focus when we turn the gimbal but not when the hex is...
Looks like that cable would work to get the hdmi out back to you. For video start/stop or taking pictures that is a seperate system you need to hook up.
For video you can just start it on the ground and go. To start and stop video ot take pics remotely you need remote shutter control...
@engin - I think there are a couple choices
1) get the hdmi to av converter from aerialpixles.com. The link is earleir in this thread. It is not supposed to need additional power but I ended up having to supply 5v to teh mini usb on it to get it to work. That might be because my hdmi cable...
Ok so here are some pictures of the screen, Unfortunately it is a picture of the screen taken on my phone, I couldnt do a screen capture on the liliput. Then the real picture is there to compare. The screen is pretty good you can easily see what you are getting but to use it for true focus...
I have run it and was very happy. I an thought the picture on the liliput screen was fine. However we were really relying on the camera to focus and using it to target. I don't have anyway to manually focus in teh air, play with iso or other settigns remotely. I am not sure what resolution...
