mine came way longer than those....

all my esc leads are of stock(dji) length... did you cut your leads before? i guess if you cut it its best to desolder it from the esc's and solder a NEW longer leads. same for my +ve/-ve they were stock lengths...

after crashing my quad with orange rx.... no way i'll trust those orange again..

Chrisviper is right on.... make sure you clean your arms first before dyeing.. one technique i learned from boiling my buggy parts are to after you boil the water/rit dye solutionon a pan is to turn off the stove and drop the arms and let it sit there for 20 minutes... you can do this several...

go with the zip ties.... they easily pop and can be hard to find after a crash....

done that... just dont over boil the plastic red is now black and white is now yellow...

Im in dhahran, Saudi Arabia and you just cant escape the heat... no way you can have the same performance on your multi as where you are... you can either prop down or be one cell down on you lipo.. if your doing aerials... its 39-42 in early morning and if your shooting in coastlines it will be...

also add a good set of props... even with the new DJI, graupners give you more security the CF props from foxtech are also nice but bit expensive... and never use orange RX on your expensive quad...

just crashed it...:C but anyways un mount the esc with a cable tie... the gps mount is a top deck for HPI touring car. if you can purchase a pair of X-aircraft load mount (battery mount) even better since you can easily remove the GPS when transportin the quad.

motor screws that came with the dji wont work.. here's what i did on mine... i just mount the 30amp esc where the original xaircraft ESC's are designed to be, power wires for the esc can go thru the CF Arms. you just need to add 2 serve extensions for the ESC for motors 3 and 4.
