I have flysky transmitter and I had to first turn on the tx, put stick to full throttle, hold buttons 1 and 4, and then power up the multirotor. Wait for the beeps at full throttle, then lower to minimum throttle and wait for the beeps again. I tried it the other way and it didn't work for me...
