Electric motor test software

Welcome to MultiRotorForums.com!!
Hi everyone,

Can anyone recommend a data collection software package that I can use for testing electric motors? I'd like to be able to display values while also logging them over time so I can study efficiency and power useage. It also needs to be able to do this with multiple motors simultaneously.

THanks,
Bart

no time to figure out Arduino and the Castle only lets you look at the data after the run. i'd like to find something with a real time display while logging on a computer.

i can just use a multi-meter and pen/paper for now. :)

it's a v.3, only difference is the cable it plugs into the pc with and it's here so no problem. been wet so the labels a little hard to read, but it is totaly acurate. theres no power panel thing to view it, just a pc connection, has a live mode, you can show, chart, record any parameter you have a sensor for. temps, rpm's, amps, watts, volts, all that kinda stuff.

Thanks Mr. Kloner. Let me see how expensive the unit is and what I'd need. Maybe I'll just buy one.
